Kimberley Kampers Pty Ltd (‘KK’) provides 12 Months Warranty after our products have been sold and delivered by our dealer for the first time. KK’s liability is limited to making good any defects by repairing same or at our option by replacement provided that:

The product is maintained and used in accordance with the operating and maintenance manual and other individual manuals that accompany your kamper.

If the product has a VIN plate, then it must not, at any time, be loaded over the ATM (Aggregate Trailer Mass—fully loaded)  as shown on the VIN Plate.

The product has not been modified, altered, or operated outside of the limits of normal use.

The product where towed, is done in compliance with the operating and safety requirements of towing as contained in the tow vehicle’s manuals.

Paint, galvanized and stainless steel surfaces and powder coating surfaces are warranted for defective material or application and NOT against the normal wear and tear, oxidisation, and fuel or solvents damage.

Where the product has LED strips, this will be replaced if more than 2 individual LED’s in the strip fail.

This Warranty does not cover consequential loss or expenses beyond the warranty repair of the product itself. Freight expenses beyond the point where the product was originally delivered is not covered.

This Warranty is in lieu of any and all warranties expressed or implied by KK and/or the dealer. However, nothing in the Warranty, shall be construed as affecting the rights the buyer may have under the Trade Practices Act or any other Commonwealth or State Legislation, which gives the buyer rights that cannot be modified or excluded by agreement.

As a Special Warranty Feature:

We will replace shock absorbers that fail within 2 years of delivery

In the unlikely event that you need a replacement part urgently, we generally ship to the post office close to where you are or will be care of you.
