Typically most campers arrive at a powered campsite late afternoon and leave early morning with at least 13 -14 hours of power available.

Secondly, typically if you have been driving all day, your batteries are already fully charged and at the powered site, you need enough power to sustain the refridgerator asnd night time power consumption. This is less than 10Amps at 12V so the 10Amp charger will keep the batteries fully charged and supply power for the camp.
